Notice is hereby given that the Detroit Lakes Planning Commission will meet via web conference on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at 6:30pm. Anyone wishing to attend this virtual meeting should submit an email request to comments@cityofdetroitlakes.com. Requests must be received by 11:00am on January 7, 2021. The Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider the following items:
A. Public hearing to give consideration to a conditional use permit to allow the operation of a State licensed substance use disorder treatment facility serving up to 15 individuals at 921 8th Street SE (The Refuge)
The Planning Commission will proceed on these matters pursuant to the Zoning Regulations & Subdivision Regulations of the City of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. All persons who desire to be heard regarding the above listed items will be heard at this meeting.
