Notice is hereby given that the Detroit Lakes Planning Commission will meet via web conference on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at 5:30pm. Anyone wishing to attend this virtual meeting should submit an email request to comments@cityofdetroitlakes.com. Requests must be received by 11:00am on March 25, 2021. The Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider the following items:
A. Public hearing to give consideration to the preliminary and final plat of Ridge View First Addition at 2447 Long Lake Road (Becker Development LLC)
B. Public hearing to give consideration to the preliminary plat of Bristlin First Addition at 1800 County Road 131 (Pelican River Heights, LLC)
The Planning Commission will proceed on these matters pursuant to the Zoning Regulations & Subdivision Regulations of the City of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. All persons who desire to be heard regarding the above listed items will be heard at this meeting.
