Notice is hereby given that the Detroit Lakes Planning Commission will meet via web conference on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 5:15pm. Anyone wishing to attend this virtual meeting should submit an email request to comments@cityofdetroitlakes.com. Requests must be received by 11:00am on November 17, 2020. The Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider the following items:
A. Public hearing to give consideration to a conditional use permit to
allow a short term rental of a two bedroom home and one
bedroom guest cottage at 907 North Shore Drive (Melissa Watson)
B. Public hearing to give consideration to a conditional use permit to
allow a short term rental of a four bedroom home at 1162 South
Shore Drive (Jay Alsop)
C. Public hearing to give consideration to preliminary and final plat
approval of Lakes Toy Storage at Little Detroit - Common Interest
Community No. 94
The Planning Commission will proceed on these matters pursuant to the Zoning Regulations & Subdivision Regulations of the City of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. All persons who desire to be heard regarding the above listed items will be heard at this meeting.
