NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the town board of Erie Township, Becker County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on the 3rd day of August, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Erie Town Hall located at Highway 34, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a petition it received calling for the vacation of the following described road:
All of the Dedicated Public Road as dedicated in WIESE'S COTTON LAKE ESTATES, said plat is on file and of record in the office of the Recorder in Becker County, Minnesota.
SUBJECT TO a utility easement over, under and across all of the above described tract.
All persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.
