ORDINANCE NO. 492 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DETROIT LAKES RELATIVE TO SECTION 24, SUBDIVISION 6, SIGNS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS The City Council of the City of Detroit Lakes does hereby ordain: Section I: Amendment The first paragraph of Section 24, Subd. 6 is deleted and replaced as follows: Subd. 6. Signs in Residential Districts. In all classes of residential districts no sign, business sign, name plate, sign or advertising sign shall be erected, placed, established, painted, created, or maintained except the following: The rest of Subd. 6. shall remain as is. Section 2: Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by Law. Passed and adopted this 13th day of September 2022.
