Becker County Announces Public Comment Period For The Birch Lake Heights Residential Development (Single-Family) Environmental Assessment Worksheet
Detroit Lakes, MN. - Becker County has released an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for public comment. Birch Lake Heights is a proposed single-family development on Birch Lake near White Earth, Minnesota. The proposed development will consist of 25 residential lots, bordering approximately 5,000 linear feet of shoreline. Project Location: NE ¼ Section 1, Township 141, Range 41 (Callaway Township) and NW ¼ Section 6, Township 141, Range 40 (Sugar Bush Township).
The EAW is available for public review both online at http://www.co.becker.mn.us/ under News & Announcements or a copy can be viewed at the Becker County Planning & Zoning Office located at 915 Lake Ave Detroit Lakes, MN. Written public comments will be accepted until July 22nd, 2020 and can be submitted to:
