The City of Lake Park and Fire Department are seeking separate sealed bids for
1995 Chevy and 1993 Freightliner Chassis. For vehicle descriptions, visit www.lakeparkmn.com. To inspect either vehicle, call (701) 238-5519 to schedule a viewing and there will be ONE Monday viewing, March 23rd at 7:00 pm at the Fire Station in Lake Park, MN. Bid Deadline: 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13th , 2020. Bid Opening: Monday, April 13th , 2020 at the 6:00 pm Fire Department Office at City Hall. Bid Awarded: Monday, April 13th , 2020, 7:00 pm at the City Council Meeting. Bids may be mailed, emailed or dropped off at: City of Lake Park, Attn: Dave Coufal, 2032 2nd St, PO Box 239, Lake Park MN 56554 or smikkelsen@lakeparkmn.com. All bids must be submitted by the time indicated in a sealed envelope or emailed and clearly marked with “BID FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT CHEVY” or “BID FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT FREIGHTLINER”. Minimum bid on each vehicle is $3,000. Bids submitted after the time indicated will not be accepted. The City and the Fire Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to postpone or cancel the request for bids. Buying as is with no warranty. Payment for the bid(s) shall be either cash, money order or certified check, made payable to Lake Park Fire Department. The vehicles shall be paid and picked up within ten (10) days from the date of the accepted bid.
