LAKE VIEW TOWNSHIP BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for Lake View Township, Becker County, shall meet on April 17th, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until adjourned at the Lake View Town Hall at 25933 130 th Street. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in Lake View Township has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made. If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may then appear before the local Board of Appeal and Equalization. The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the County Board of Appeal and Equalization.
