NOTICE TO: Kristopher Daniel Wilkins, Sr, above-named parent(s) or legal custodian(s).

A Transfer of Permanent Legal and Physical Custody Petition has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of Juvenile Court located at 913 Lake Avenue Detroit Lakes Minnesota, alleging that parental rights of the above-named parent(s) or legal custodian(s) to the child(ren) named in the petition should be permanently transferred.
2. Notice is herby given that the matter of said Transfer of Permanent Legal and Physical Custody Petition will be called for hearing, by ZOOM, before the Juvenile Court located at 913 Lake Avenue, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, on May 18, 2021 at 1:45 p.m. or as soon after as the Matter can be heard.
3. YOU ARE ORDERED to appear before the Juvenile Court at the scheduled time and date, by ZOOM. A copy of the Petition, and Zoom Instructions can be obtained from the Clerk of Juvenile Court.
4. You have a right to be represented by counsel.
