Legendary American rock band Three Dog Night comes to Mahnomen's Shooting Star Casino this Friday, Feb. 4, for an 8 p.m. show. But if you don't have your tickets already, you're out of luck -- the show is sold out.

Three Dog Night had a string of top 10 hits during its heyday in the late 1960s and '70s, from "Joy to the World" to "Mama Told Me Not to Come" and "Shambala."

The current lineup includes founding members Cory Wells and Danny Hutton on lead vocals, as well as original keyboardist Jimmy Greenspoon and guitarist Michael Allsup. Paul Kingery (bass and vocals) and Pat Bautz (drums) complete the present lineup.

If you weren't able to get tickets to Friday's show, Shooting Star has two other major events coming up in February: Country music hitmaker Gretchen Wilson stops by on Friday, Feb. 18 for an 8 p.m. show, and the casino will host a dinner theater performance of "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change" on Saturday, Feb. 26, at 6:30 p.m.
