Move your cars: Snow removal in Detroit Lakes tonight and Monday morning on these streets

The streets will be marked with No Parking signs and all vehicles must be moved off the streets prior to 12:01 am or they will be towed.

Detroit Lakes will be doing snow removal tonight, starting shortly after midnight and ending about 10 a.m. Friday morning. It will also be doing snow rollup Monday morning starting at 12:01 a.m. and ending about 10 a.m.
Friday morning locations, starting at 12:01 a.m.:

  • Roosevelt Avenue from Highway 34 to North Shore Drive.
  • Frazee Street from Roosevelt Avenue to North Shore Drive (including the service road along Highway 10 East).

The Jan. 24 location, starting at 12:01 a.m Monday:

  • North Shore Drive from Washington Avenue to Frazee Street (including the service road along Highway 10 East).
    The streets will be marked with No Parking signs and all vehicles must be moved off the streets prior to 12:01 am or they will be towed.
