One injured after car hits ice, rolls on Highway 34

A Fargo woman suffered non life-threatening injuries Sunday after a west-bound Chevy Silverado traveling on Highway 34 in the Height of Land Township hit a patch of ice, entered the ditch, and rolled to a stop just after 4 p.m.

Jennifer Lynnette Wickham, 18, the injured passenger, was taken to Essentia for treatment. The driver, Cameron Lee Landstrom, 19, also of Fargo, was not injured.

The roads were snowy and icy at the time of the incident.

Both people were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, and alcohol was not a factor.
