A Frazee woman was injured in a car-semi collision on Highway 10 near Audubon Thursday.
Margaret Jean Shaner, 71, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Essentia St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment, according to the State Patrol.
She was a passenger in a 2004 Buick LeSabre driven by Allan Dale Shaner, 70, of Frazee. He was not injured, according to the State Patrol.
The Buick collided with a 2005 Kenworth semi tractor-trailer that was eastbound on Highway 10 in the right lane. The Buick was eastbound on Highway 10 in the left lane.
The Buick attempted to pass the Kenworth and struck its front left corner. Upon impact, the Buick lost control, over-corrected and ran off the road to the right. The Buick rolled and came to rest on its roof.
The driver of the semi, Harold Edgar McGowan, 55, of Sebeka, was not injured. The airbag deployed in the Buick and all three were wearing seatbelts.
The crash was reported on dry pavement at 5:06 p.m. Thursday at milepost 40 in Audubon Township. St. Mary’s EMS assisted at the scene.
