A 19-year-old Borup man died early Saturday morning when his minivan left the roadway and rolled onto Highway 10 in Clay County.
Dusty Daniel Duchene was driving a 2007 Ford Freestar southbound on Highway 32, when it left the roadway and rolled onto Highway 10. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected, suffered fatal injuries, according to the State Patrol. It’s not known if the airbags deployed.
The accident was reported on dry pavement at 1:14 a.m. Saturday at the Highway 10 and Highway 32 junction in Eglon Township.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Hawley Police Department and Hawley Fire Department assisted at the scene.
