A Nevis woman was airlifted to the Twin Cities Thursday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash that injured two others.
Tammy Basswood, 36, is listed in stable condition at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, a nursing supervisor said Friday morning.
She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Angela Colburn, 27, of Park Rapids, that pulled onto County Road 18 from 219th Avenue just before 4 p.m.
The northbound Grand Prix was broadsided by a Dodge Caravan driven by 16-year-old Sky Klier of Nevis. The impact was on the passenger side of the Grand Prix, where Basswood was sitting. She was partially ejected from the vehicle, said Hubbard County Sheriff Frank Homer.
Both Klier and Colburn were taken by ground ambulance to St. Joseph's Area Health Services in Park Rapids, where they were treated for lacerations.

Authorities drew blood from Colburn at the emergency room. Homer said authorities are looking at alcohol as the cause of the crash.
County Road 18 was closed off, but it still did not give the helicopter room to land, so ground ambulances transported Bass-wood to a more open area nearby for the helicopter to land.
It took emergency personnel almost 30 minutes to free the Colburn and 15-20 minutes to get Basswood to the waiting ambulance. Both were initially trapped in the vehicle.
Numerous agencies responded to the crash, including Hubbard County, the State Patrol, Hubbard County, Nevis Fire & Rescue, Nevis First Responders and North Memorial Ambulance personnel.
Homer said both drivers were wearing seat belts, which likely minimized their injuries. Colburn was initially unconscious, but was alert when ambulance personnel transported her.
Homer said it was unknown if Basswood was belted into her seat because she was partially ejected from the Grand Prix. Both vehicles were totaled.
