Bail has been set at $100,000 for a White Earth man accused of criminal sexual conduct.
Robert James Azure, 35, of Box 524, White Earth has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct, a serious felony.
According to court records, on May 28 Becker County human services workers met with a 14-year-old girl that Azure had allegedly had sex with the day before.
The girl was staying at her grandmother's in Detroit Lakes May 26-27 to celebrate her 14th birthday.
Her mother and Azure were also there, and between the four of them they drank a liter bottle of Captain Morgan and a liter of E&J brandy.

The girl said she did not remember much of the evening, but remembers Azure kissing her. The grandmother said she saw the girl and Azure lying together in a bedroom watching a "dirty movie" and said Azure was partially naked.
On May 28 the girl was taken to a Fargo hospital where a sexual exam was conducted. DNA evidence allegedly linked Azure to the crime.
He appeared Friday before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $100,000 with conditions, or $200,000 without conditions. His next court appearance is Monday.
