BECKER COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS SETS PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Becker County Board of Adjustments will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 09, in the Commissioner's Room of the Becker County Courthouse, Detroit Lakes, MN, to consider the following Petitions:
The following petitions will be heard at 6:30 P.M.:
1) Roger Nordby LEGAL LAND DESCRIPTION: Tax ID number: 20.0547.000 White Earth Lake Lot 2 Nemec Beach; Section 8, TWP 142, Range 40, Maple Grove Township. APPLICATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: This is an After the Fact request for a Variance to keep a deck 36 feet from the ordinary high water mark of White Earth Lake and to be at 26% lot coverage, due to the substandard sized lot of record.
2) Doyle Nordby LEGAL LAND DESCRIPTION: Tax ID number: 20.0548.000 White Earth Lake Lot 3 Nemec Beach; Section 8, TWP 142, Range 40, Maple Grove Township. APPLICATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: This is an After the Fact request for a Variance to keep a deck that is 41.5 feet front the ordinary high water mark of White Earth Lake and to be at 25.7 % lot coverage, due to the substandard sized lot of record.

3) Jim & Cheri Buss LEGAL LAND DESCRIPTION: Tax ID number: 10.0013.000 & 10.0028.000, Cotton Lake Lot 3; Section 2, TWP 139, Range 40, Erie Township and E 15 feet of Lot 6, Section 3, TWP 139, Range 40, Erie Township. APPLICATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Request a variance to allow a structure 54 feet from the ordinary high water mark of Cotton Lake and 17 feet from the rear property line, due to the substandard sized lot of record.
