A felony charge of issuing a dishonored check has been dismissed against a Detroit Lakes woman in Becker County District Court.
Dorothy Melinda Satrom, 56, of 17726 Long Lake Road, had been charged with regard to a Jan. 12 incident in which she allegedly issued a $797 check to Cenex in Detroit Lakes, which was later returned for insufficient funds.
The charge was dismissed as required by law because the check was made good and accepted by the retailer, according to the Becker County Attorney's Office.
