The following reports were compiled from the Becker County Sheriff’s Office and Detroit Lakes Police Department from an official with knowledge of the cases, unless otherwise noted.
Tuesday Oct. 27
At 10:16 a.m., on the 500 block of Riverwood Drive, Detroit Lakes, various items were stolen from a vehicle that was unlocked.
At 11:31 a.m., on the 200 block of Barbara Avenue, Detroit Lakes, a financial card was used fraudulently without consent.
At 5:01 p.m., on the 50000 block of Highway 87, Menahga, a mail box was damaged and knocked over. It has since been reinstalled.
At 8:06 p.m., on the 600 block of Washington Avenue, Detroit Lakes, a trailer was stolen with a portable sign on the trailer.
Wednesday Oct. 28
At 10:29 a.m., on the 54000 block of Gillian Street, Osage, a shed on fire was reported.
At 11:56 a.m., on the 20000 block of Moe Lake Road, Audubon, an identified suspect tore up a resident’s yard with a vehicle.
At 1:30 p.m., on the 36000 block of Lynx Lane, Ogema, an overdose was reported. Three injections of Narcan were used and the patient refused transport to a medical clinic.
At 4:34 p.m., on the 25000 block of County Road 21, Detroit Lakes, two runaway juveniles were found in the yard of a residence and threatened to run. The juveniles filled out paperwork to stay at a Moorhead youth shelter.
At 8:48 p.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, a shoplifter was reported. Police have been unable to find the vehicle the suspect fled in.
