Tuesday, March 2
5:31 a.m., 27000 block Bullert Road, Ogema, attempted motor vehicle theft. Vehicle owner, and others, subdued the attempted thief until law enforcement arrived. One arrest made.
8:55 a.m., near Highway 113 and Snider Lake Road, Ogema, vehicle pursuit involving multiple agencies. One arrest made.
10:11 a.m., 1200 block 8th Street, Detroit Lakes, debit card taken from wallet in residence. Investigation underway.
10:56 a.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, shoplifter.
12:22 p.m., 1000 block Lincoln Avenue, Detroit Lakes, alleged credit card theft from mailbox. Card was activated and used fraudulently. Investigation underway.
10:02 p.m., 11000 block County Road 17, Detroit Lakes, natural gas alarm. Gas leaked from the stove. Stove disconnected and to be repaired.

Wednesday, March 3
12:54 a.m., 25000 block 353rd Circle, Ogema, $1,300 cash taken and claims of unauthorized Social Security pay card use.
10:01 a.m., 600 block Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, theft of checks from Otter Tail County deposited in town.
11:03 a.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, shoplifter.
1:33 p.m., 1100 block Highway 59, Detroit Lakes, checking account opened without consent.
2:14 p.m., at CVS Pharmacy, 329 Frazee Street, Detroit Lakes, shoplifter.
2:48 p.m., 48000 block County Road 26, Ponsford, check fraud alleged. An unauthorized party picked up and cashed a COVID-19 stimulus check from the post office.
