The following reports were compiled from the Becker County Sheriff’s Office and Detroit Lakes Police Department from an official with knowledge of the cases, unless otherwise noted.
Monday, Oct. 11
9:02 a.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, shoplifting.

9:24 a.m., 15000 block 150th Avenue, Lake Park, more than a cord of wood stolen. Caller said trailer tracks were left at the scene. Law enforcement advised to post ‘No Trespassing’ signs and trail cameras.
9:32 a.m., 300 block north Lake Street, Frazee, boom box stolen out of a school locker. It was returned to the owner after speaking with the suspect’s father.
10:50 a.m., 46000 block Pow Wow Highway, Ponsford, report of illicit drug activity at the Pine Point Store.
12:42 p.m., 40000 block County Road 34, Ogema, gas pump drive-off.
3:35 p.m., 48000 block 330th Street, Ponsford, burglary. Suspects cut the fence to access a property and stole parts of multiple tractors. Various tools were also stolen. The case is under investigation.
6:01 p.m., 12000 block Tanglewood Road, Audubon, gas leak. A lawn mower hit a gas line. The gas company was on scene and secured the leak.
10:07 p.m., 1600 block East Shore Drive, Detroit Lakes, multiple vehicles were egged.

Tuesday, Oct. 12
12:03 a.m., near Washington Avenue and Frazee Street, Detroit Lakes, a vehicle was egged
1:24 a.m., 30000 block Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, Frazee, domestic assault involving two parties. One man suffered facial bleeding. A 40-year-old man was arrested and transported to a nearby medical facility for treatment.
7:26 a.m., 36000 block County Road 34, Ogema, overdose. A 56-year-old man was transported to a nearby medical clinic for treatment.
12:42 p.m., near County Road 4, Nayahwaush, suspected drugs were found. One arrest was made in the incident.
1:24 p.m., 300 block Elizabeth Street, Detroit Lakes, two-party domestic incident. No injuries were reported and no arrests were made. The case is under investigation.
9:32 p.m., 500 block east Main Avenue, Frazee, domestic incident involving two brothers. The brothers were intoxicated and fighting about a stray dog. No injuries were reported and no arrests were made.
Wednesday, Oct. 13
6:11 a.m., 16000 block County Road 15, Audubon, attempted burglary. A man wearing dark clothing broke into a residential garage and kicked in the door to a house. The suspect fled on foot. The incident is under investigation.
7:33 a.m., 37000 block County Road 150, Frazee, school bus in a roadside ditch. One student suffered minor injuries and was bleeding. The student was transported to a nearby medical clinic for treatment. The incident is under investigation.
9:58 a.m., Munson Lake, Detroit Lakes, suicide related. The caller reported their son had taken multiple pills and showed cuts on his leg. A 21-year-old man was transported to a nearby medical clinic for evaluation.
12:18 p.m., 35000 block Mission Road, Ogema, assault involving three juveniles. The case is under investigation.
1:57 p.m., 34000 block 336th Avenue, Ogema, attempted burglary. Someone tried to break into the caller’s trailer, causing damage to the trailer door.
3:53 p.m., 1200 block Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, email scam attempt.
6:42 p.m., 10000 block Eagle Lake Road, Frazee, possible tornado reported. The caller said multiple trees were down, power lines were sparking on the ground and a boat dock was thrown from the water, landing across the road.
