Thursday, Aug. 5

4:30 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, intoxicated male taken back to his campsite without incident.

8:44 a.m., 33000 block 130th Avenue, Ulen, Atlanta Lutheran Church burglarized. A cabinet, candlestick holders, an air compressor and a hose were stolen.

8:49 a.m., 26000 block Crane Road, Ogema, vehicle damage to a parked pickup truck.

9:40 a.m., 22000 block County Road 37, Detroit Lakes, miscellaneous items stolen from the yard and unused vehicle.

10:13 a.m., 1300 block Pelican Lane, Detroit Lakes, vulnerable adult lost an undisclosed amount of money in an online scam; under investigation.

2:10 p.m., 31000 block Valley View Road, Frazee, motor of a weed roller stolen.

3:21 p.m., near County Road 6 and Highway 59, Detroit Lakes, individual selling fraudulent WE Fest tickets.

4:08 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, a 24-year-old male and a 36-year-old male were trespassed from the property for not following commands. The 24-year-old male was arrested on an unrelated warrant.

4:19 p.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, two counterfeit bills were passed.

4:36 p.m., near County Road 6 and Highway 59, Detroit Lakes, individual selling a fraudulent WE Fest ticket.

4:58 p.m., near County Road 21 and 250th Avenue, Detroit Lakes, hit-and-run involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

5:42 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, 50-year-old male transported to a nearby medical clinic with unknown injuries or condition.

5:55 p.m., 27000 block County Road 21, Detroit Lakes, traffic stop. Female arrested on suspicion of DWI.

7:29 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, concertgoer treated for a possible knee injury.

7:55 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, concertgoer transported to a nearby medical clinic with a dislocated knee.

9:28 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, male assaulting a female at the VIP ticket entrance. No medical needed. No arrests.

9:52 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, 70-year-old male, weak and lethargic, taken to a medical clinic.

10:42 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, 18-year-old male unconscious; taken to a clinic.

10:54 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, 40-year-old male unresponsive; taken to a clinic.

11:15 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, concertgoer reported being assaulted; treated on-scene.

11:32 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, assault. An individual was removed from the property and arrested.

11:42 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, 18-year-old female unresponsive; taken to a clinic.

Friday, Aug. 6

12:20 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, person with a dislocated shoulder.

1:32 a.m., near County Road 22 and Highway 59, Detroit Lakes, male party suicidal; one arrsted

6:51 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, male party removed from the campground.

6:57 a.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, 55-year-old male experiencing seizures; taken to a clinic.

7:59 a.m., 27000 block County Road 21, Detroit Lakes, gas pump drive-off.

11:36 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, license plate stolen from a vehicle.

12:28 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, suspicious package found at the East Gate.

2:09 p.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, shoplifting.

2:35 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, 19-year-old cited for minor consumption and removed.

2:53 p.m., 25000 block County Road 37, Detroit Lakes, vehicle and brush fire. Firefighters extinguished the blaze after 90 minutes.

2:56 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, mid-20s-male suffering from delirium; treated on-scene.

3:31 p.m., 900 block Willow Street, Detroit Lakes, 31-year-old male fell out of a tree and suffered a possible spinal cord injury. The man was transported in serious condition to a regional medical facility for additional treatment.

4:17 p.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, shoplifting.

4:20 p.m., 1200 block 8th Street, Detroit Lakes, bicycle stolen within the last two days.

4:27 p.m., at U-Stuff and Storage, Audubon, padlock cut to a unit. Air fryer and bow and arrow set stolen.

4:38 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, EMS dispatched for an unknown medical.

8:17 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, 20-year-old female party with an arm laceration. A tourniquet was applied and the woman was transported to a nearby medical clinic.

9:01 p.m., 400 block east Main Avenue, Frazee, syringe found on property.

10:28 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, male party unresponsive. Alcohol related.

Saturday, Aug. 7

1:09 a.m., 100 block west Maple Avenue, Frazee, alleged sexual assault. Incident occurred in Otter Tail County; under investigation.

1:47 a.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, female party reported an assault. Parties are intoxicated and don’t wish to pursue charges.

1:55 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, four, 19-year-olds cited for minor consumption violations.

2:01 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, a person attempted to light a portable toilet on fire.

5:16 a.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, male party hyperventilating; taken to a clinic.

7:36 a.m., 19000 block Lee Lake Road, Lake Park, house fire. Extinguished.

8:26 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, physical assault reported. Unknown arrests or injuries.

9:19 a.m., Meadows Edge Apartment building, Detroit Lakes, debit card stolen from a purse.

11:10 a.m., near County Road 22, Detroit Lakes, a female reported being struck by a purple SUV while walking on the side of the road. No medical attention needed.

2:18 p.m., mile marker 40 on Highway 34, Detroit Lakes, two vehicle crash between a camper and a car. No injuries.

3:17 p.m., 100 block Roosevelt Avenue, Detroit Lakes, wallet stolen from the roof of a parked vehicle.

3:37 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, a person complained of back pain.; taken to a clinic.

4:13 p.m., at Menards at 1465 Menard Avenue, Detroit Lakes, unauthorized use of a rebate check.

6:32 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, male party in jean shorts is reportedly “high;” one arrested.

10:56 p.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, EMS dispatched on a medical call. No report of injuries or transport.

11:41 p.m., 1200 block 8th Street, Detroit Lakes, fireworks.

11:46 p.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, one arrest made for a potential theft of unknown items.

Sunday, Aug. 8

12:06 a.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, individual unresponsive. EMS was dispatched.

12:37 a.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, female party reported an assault at the WE bar, near the Ranch House. No medical attention needed. No arrest.

1:00 a.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, two individuals detained by security in an unknown incident. No report of medical assistance or arrests.

1:02 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, tent burglarized. Unknown items missing.

1:11 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, fireworks.

1:17 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, person experiencing chest pains; taken to a clinic.

2:23 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, a large disorderly group is forming. One arrested for minor consumption and one arrested for fleeing law enforcement.

2:42 a.m. WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, a party was assaulted by an egg. One individual was cited for minor consumption.

2:48 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, five portable toilets tipped over.

2:54 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, 18-year-old male from Wisconsin was arrested for minor consumption.

3:07 a.m., 25000 block Brandy Lake Road, Detroit Lakes, assault involving two parties. No medical attention needed. No arrests.

3:09 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, a 19-year-old female was arrested for minor consumption, presenting a fake ID card and theft.

3:16 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, 52-year-old male was arrested for exposure and trespassing.

3:22 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, portable toilet set on fire in the Viking Campground

3:45 a.m., WE Fest campgrounds, Detroit Lakes, 20-year-old male unconscious; taken to a clinic.

9:08 a.m., 20000 block Audubon Lake Road, Audubon, alleged domestic abuse. No medical attention needed. No arrests made. The case has been referred to the county prosecutor’s office for potential charges.

10:20 a.m., 24000 block east Munson Drive, Detroit Lakes, male party with an axe to their throat. The man was intoxicated; taken to a clinic..

10:38 a.m., 300 block east Frazee Street, Detroit Lakes, assault involving two parties. One arrested. No medical attention was needed.

11:30 a.m., Soo Pass Ranch, Detroit Lakes, a male party claims they were assaulted by concert security and is experiencing wrist pain. Their pregnant girlfriend is experiencing stomach pain. No medical attention was needed and no arrests.

12:09 p.m., 200 block Heights Ridge Lane, Detroit Lakes, girlfriend allegedly slashed the caller’s tires. No medical attention was needed and no arrest.

1:38 p.m., 200 block east Central Street, Detroit Lakes, female party suicidal. Officer resolved the situation. No medical attention needed.

10:07 p.m., near City Park, Detroit Lakes, a large group of individuals were smashing plastic bottles with bats. The officer talked to them and the group cleaned up the area.
