Thursday, June 17

8:52 a.m., 800 block Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, possible sexual assault in February.

10:57 a.m., 400 block Main Avenue, Callaway, wallet stolen from Callaway Liquor.

11:47 p.m., 1100 block Woodrow Avenue, Detroit Lakes, potential mail theft.

3:40 p.m., 44000 block Highway 113, Waubun, equipment fire.

5:43 p.m., near Mill Avenue and Main Street, Osage, a small group is smoking cannabis on Osage Beach.

6:07 p.m., 1200 block West Lake Drive, Detroit Lakes, vehicle’s rear window broken.

8:58 p.m., 36000 block Martin Drive, Ogema, juvenile assaulted by unknown number of assailants. Caller reported five other witnesses to the assault. No medical attention needed and no arrests made. The case is under investigation.

9:00 p.m., 26000 block County Road 9, Lake Park, single vehicle crash with unknown injuries. Driver is conscious and being transported to a nearby medical clinic.

Friday, June 18

2:14 a.m., 200 block Stone Creek Drive, Detroit Lakes, two parties involved in an altercation. Alcohol is believed to have contributed to the fight.

8:36 a.m., near 2nd Street, Lake Park, railroad tie is smoking near where the tracks merge.

10:09 a.m., at United Valley Bank, Mahnomen, counterfeit money found at the bank. Staff has no idea who or when the money was taken in at the bank. Case is under investigation.

12:21 p.m., 58000 block Frazier Street, Park Rapids, domestic dispute. Caller claims her son tried to choke her. No arrests made. The case is under investigation.

12:50 p.m., 13000 block Fairhaven Lane, Detroit Lakes, strong sulfur smell. Caller believes it could be a gas leak. All occupants evacuated safely.

1:00 p.m., 14000 block Dahlgren Beach Road, Lake Park, cabin burglarized. Door damaged. Unknown if any items are missing.

2:22 p.m., 23000 block South Melissa Drive, Detroit Lakes, vehicle and an exterior structure were struck by paintballs.

3:08 p.m., near Lake of the Valley, Ponsford, reckless personal watercraft operation. Caller claims the operator ran over their fishing line. Officers made contact with the rider.

4:28 p.m., at the Dollar General, Waubun, shoplifting.

6:25 p.m., 400 block 2nd Street, Ogema, card stolen from Callaway Liquor. Fraudulent charges and checks were issued before the card was cancelled.

8:39 p.m., 500 block East Main Avenue, Frazee, trailer burglarized. Movies and other items taken.

9:57 p.m., 1000 block Willow Street, domestic assault. A physical altercation was reported. One arrest was made and no additional medical attention was needed.

Saturday, June 19

4:03 a.m., near County Road 47 and County Road 42, Osage, officer involved pursuit. One male and one female suspect were arrested.

9:41 a.m., 1100 block Highway 59, Detroit Lakes, chainsaw stolen and recovered. Citation issued to the thief.

9:46 a.m., 25000 block Park Trail, Osage, small grass fire.

11:15 a.m., 12000 block County Road 5, Lake Park, residence burglarized. Multiple guns, a TV and stereo were stolen, among other items.

11:41 a.m., 36000 block County Road 46, Park Rapids, vehicle stolen. A light blue, 2013 Subaru Legacy was involved in a pursuit the previous day.

1:16 p.m., near Sybil Lake and Long Lake, Frazee, grass fire in Otter Tail County.

1:42 p.m., 100 block East Main Street, Detroit Lakes, tools stolen from a parked vehicle.

3:14 p.m., 24000 block Woodland Lane, Detroit Lakes, boat noise complaint.

3:43 p.m., 34000 block 336th Avenue, Ogema, vehicle damage.

5:05 p.m., 39000 block 309th Avenue, Waubun, personal watercraft crash. Rider suffered a wrist injury and used a private vehicle to transport themselves to a nearby medical clinic.

5:26 p.m., near County Road 6 and County Road 11, Detroit Lakes, motorcycle accident. Law enforcement believes alcohol was involved in the crash; one arrest made.

8:20 p.m., 11000 block 353rd Avenue, Frazee, brush fire.

9:04 p.m., 1100 block Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, hit and run involving two vehicles in a parking lot.

10:37 p.m., 1100 block Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, vehicle damage while parked.

Sunday, June 20

1:32 a.m., 200 block Barbara Avenue, Detroit Lakes, sibling domestic assault. One arrest was made.

10:38 a.m., 4000 block 4th Street, Lake Park, garage broken into. Vehicle was stolen and then returned by the thief to the same garage.

11:05 a.m., at Walmart at 1583 Highway 10, Detroit Lakes, shoplifting.

2:38 p.m., 37000 block Tulaby Lake Drive, Waubun, unauthorized card use.
