At 8:17 a.m., the Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary on County Road 39, near 460th Avenue, in Osage. The caller reported that his residence, barn and garage had been broken into. No list of missing items was included in the report.

At 9:37 a.m., the Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft on County Road 29, near Hanson Lake Road, in Rochert. The caller reported a missing Biden/Harris political yard sign from the property.

At 10:58 a.m., the Detroit Lakes Police Department received a report of a theft at Detroit Lakes High School. The caller reported a missing backpack from a locker room.

At 1:17 p.m., the Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft on County Road 21, near 292nd Street, in rural Callaway. The caller said he believes his brother stole his canoe and leeching supplies.

At 2:26 p.m., the Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a report of property damage on County Road 37, near Big Rush Lake, in Ponsford. The caller reported an accident involving a vehicle on the property that occured on Saturday night, Sep. 26. The caller said some Norway Pines, which they had just planted, were damaged in the accident.

Wednesday Sept. 30

At 11:55 a.m., the Detroit Lakes Police Department received a report of a theft on the 800 block of Willow Street West. The caller reported a missing Trump political yard sign from the property.

At 1:57 p.m., the Detroit Lakes Police Department received a report of property damage at Central Market at 310 East Frazee St. The caller reported damage to their vehicle from a shopping cart. No damage estimate was listed in the report.

At 4:12 p.m., the Becker County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a theft on County Road 11, near Haldorson Drive, in the Big Cormorant area. The caller reported a missing Biden/Harris political yard sign from the property.

At 5:20 p.m., the Detroit Lakes Police Department received a report of trespassing at Menard’s. The caller reported an individual, who had previously been banned by the store, gained entry and was walking around the store.
