A Detroit Lakes man was sentenced for using a hammer to smash the vehicle of a man he knew.
Timothy Allen Wilson, 35, was sentenced to 17 months in prison, stayed for five years.
He will instead serve 60 days in jail and pay over $2,500 in fines and restitution.
The incident happened in October of 2013 on Barbara Beach Lane in Detroit Lakes.
