Six finalists have been selected for the vacant superintendent's position at Lake Park-Audubon Public Schools. The LP-A Board of Education will conduct interviews with the finalists on Friday, April 16 and Tuesday, April 20.

Those selected for the interviews include:

  • Randal Bergquist, superintendent, Osakis, Minn.
  • Joseph O’Keefe, elementary principal and activities director, Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton.
  • John Willey, superintendent/principal, Ellsworth, Minn.
  • Jennifer Leadbetter, superintendent, Circle of Life Academy, White Earth.
  • James Stang, elementary principal, Holdingford, Minn.
  • Jacob Tietje, principal, Fairmont, Minn.

The finalists were selected from a field of 16 applicants. All interviews are open to the public. Board members will be conducting candidate interviews online, but audience members will be able to view the process live at the high school in Lake Park, starting at 4 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
