A Fargo man was hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 59 and County Road 6 near Detroit Lakes on Tuesday.
Alan Reed Solwold, 63, of Fargo was taken to Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
The other driver, Cara Grace Seaberg, 20, of Detroit Lakes, was not injured, according to the State Patrol.
Seaberg was southbound on Highway 59 in a 2004 Jeep Liberty, and Solwold was northbound on Highway 59 in a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck, and was attempting to turn west on Becker County Road 6 when they collided in the intersection.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. Airbags deployed in the Ram but not the Jeep.

The crash was reported on dry pavement at 4:16 p.m. in Lakeview Township. The Detroit Lakes Fire Department, Becker County Sheriff’s Office and St. Mary’s EMS assisted the State Patrol.
