FARGO - Police say the driver of a sport utility vehicle that struck a city snowplow was arrested on suspicion of DUI and marijuana possession after the snowplow followed her until police could arrive.

No one was injured in the accident Tuesday night, Sgt. Mark Lykken said.

The SUV left the accident scene, and the plow followed it on South University Drive and into the Rose Creek subdivision. Fargo plow trucks are able to communicate with the dispatch center and squad cars, Lykken noted.

Police found marijuana in the SUV and drug paraphernalia on the driver when she was booked at the Cass County Jail, he said.

Amanda Raeanne Laducer, 24, of Fargo, was arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and providing false information to police for using someone else's name, Lykken said.
