A Fargo man made his first appearance Wednesday in Becker County District Court on a felony fugitive from justice charge.
John Tyrell Mikesh, 29, of 701 110th St. N., No. 4, Fargo, was arrested Tuesday in Becker County on an active warrant issued in Cass County, N.D., on Sept. 13, 2011, for failure to make his scheduled court appearance.
Mikesh signed a waiver of extradition volunteering to return to North Dakota to answer the charges against him.
