Elected Becker County officials were sworn into office Tuesday prior to the county board meeting at the courthouse. District Judge Jay Carlson administered the oath of office.

Sworn in to new four-year terms were commissioners Larry Knutson and Ben Grimsley, Sheriff Todd Glander, District Judge Gretchen Thilmony, and Recorder Patricia Swenson.

Sworn in prior to the start of the new year were Auditor-Treasurer Mary Hendrickson and County Attorney Brian McDonald.

Two members of the Becker Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors, Gene Pavelko and Jerome Flottemesch, were also sworn into another term of office on Tuesday.
