James May, Dean and Provost of St. Olaf College, named Lauren Henke from Detroit Lakes to the St. Olaf College Dean's list for the fall 2009 semester. The Dean's list recognizes St. Olaf students with a semester grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4-point scale.
"These students have demonstrated their commitment to achieving excellence in their studies," said May about the honor. "GPAs are good indicators of discipline, hard work and academic accomplishment."
