The University of Minnesota and North Dakota State University are offering a horse owner education program in Fergus Falls on Saturday, March 18.
The program will be held at the Red Horse Ranch Arena, 22671 County Highway 10, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
The program offers topics and speakers identified specifically for horse owners in western Minnesota and eastern North Dakota by a committee of local horse experts and enthusiasts. Speakers for these programs include UM and NDSU faculty and staff as well as local veterinarians and equine professionals.
