The In Their Own Words (ITOW) Veterans Museum in Perham will be featured on Minnesota Public Radio in a show set to air, appropriately, on Veteran's Day.
The museum features well over 200 interviews with area veterans -- including many from Detroit Lakes and surrounding communities -- as part of its permanent exhibits.
Kirk Van Dorn, who conducted most of the interviews housed at the museum, said he and museum director Lina Belar were both asked to participate in the segment.
"I'm not sure what time it will air, I was just told that it will be on Veteran's Day," Van Dorn said.
