Fishing and boating means so much to thousands of people in the Detroit Lakes area every year.

But what happens when one loses their mobility or someone to go with?

Let’s Go Fishing is returning this outdoor experience to many whom may not otherwise have the opportunity to fish, boat, and enjoy their time on the water.

A strong volunteer base has been the core of strength for providing this service to over 5,600 seniors, veterans, youth and physically challenged individuals in the Detroit Lakes area since 2008.

If you would like to get involved in creating memories and providing this outdoor quality of life opportunity, please contact Dave Hochhalter, 29190 County Hwy. 54, Detroit Lakes, call him at 218-847-5670 or send an email to dbdlmn@arvig.net .
