Bluffton man injured in motorcycle crash on Highway 113

The man was traveling westbound on Highway 113 when he lost control of the motorcycle and went into a roadside ditch on the north side of the roadway. He was transported to a nearby medical clinic with non-life-threatening injuries.

DETROIT LAKES — A Bluffton man suffered non-life-threatening injuries during a motorcycle crash on Highway 113 on Sunday, Aug. 21, according to a Minnesota State Patrol news release.

John Lennart Warren, 46, of Bluffton, was traveling westbound on a 2003 Harley-Davidson motorcycle on Highway 113 around 3 p.m. when he lost control of the bike and entered the north ditch.

Warren was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The pavement was reported as dry at the time of the crash and alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the crash, the news release stated.

Warren was transported to St. Joseph's in Park Rapids.
