DETROIT LAKES — Katherine Elizabeth Botzet, 30, of Detroit Lakes has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime.
According to court records, on June 30, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at her residence in Detroit Lakes. She was home at the time and said she was the only person living there. Law enforcement found over 4.4 pounds of marijuana and over 500 grams of marijuana wax throughout the residence.
Her first court appearance is set for Sept. 22.

Frazee woman accused of selling 10 grams of meth
Tina Marie Sweet, 39, of Frazee has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree controlled substance crime.
According to court records, on Dec. 19, 2021, she sold 10.78 grams of meth to a confidential reliable informant with the West Central Minnesota Drug and Violent Crime Task Force at a location in Becker County.
At her first appearance on Sept. 1, Sweet was released without bail, under standard conditions of release.
Ponsford man accused of meth possession
Anthony John Annette, 45, of rural Ponsford has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony fifth-degree controlled substance crime.
According to court records, on July 22, he was arrested at the Strawberry Lake Store on an active warrant. Methamphetamine was found in a cigarette pack on Annette that weighed 1.18 grams. He was arrested and taken to jail.
On Aug. 8 he was released without bail, under standard conditions of release. His next court appearance is Oct. 10.
