DETROIT LAKES — Marvin Joseph Bellecourt, 50, of Ogema, has been charged in Becker County District Court with violating a domestic abuse no-contact order within 10 years of a previous conviction, a felony.

On April 27, he was ordered held without bail or bond. A sentencing hearing is set for June 2 before District Judge Michael Fritz.
