BECKER COUNTY — Casey William Kroll, 42, of Fargo, has been charged in Becker County District Court with being a fugitive from justice from another state, a felony.
According to court records, on Feb. 4 a warrant was issued in Cass County, North Dakota for Kroll’s arrest for failure to appear at a disposition conference on a meth possession charge. He is also wanted on two felony probation violation warrants in North Dakota.
On March 22, Clay County Transport transported Kroll to the Becker County Jail, pursuant to the warrant. He admitted that he is the same person in the North Dakota warrant. On March 24 he waived extradition and agreed to be transported.
