BEMIDJI, Minn. – (6 a.m. Thursday, March 24) Motorists traveling on Highway 9 south of Ada are advised to drive with caution. There is water over the road at mile point 190 to 191, and warning signs have been placed in the area, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
