Victor Manvel Lopez-Diaz, 33, of 505 Monroe Ave., Mahnomen has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony first-degree controlled substance crime, possession.
According to court records, on April 21 a state trooper stopped the minivan he was riding in on Highway 10, near the Maple Hills golf course.
The trooper was working with agents with the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force, and 121 grams of packaged methamphetamines were allegedly found in the van.
Lopez-Diaz appeared April 23 before District Judge Peter Irvine, who set bail or bond at $100,000, without conditions, or $20,000 with standard conditions of release. His next court appearance is set for May 3.
