Andrew Michael Freichels, 24, no address available has been charged in Becker County District Court with violating the state's predatory offender registration law, a felony.
According to court records, he was adjudged delinquent of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in November of 2000 and required to register as a sexual offender until July of this year.
His last registered address was at an apartment in Detroit Lakes. His parents reported him missing after not hearing from him since Jan. 18
They learned he had not been attending college in Detroit Lakes as they had thought, and had been evicted from his apartment for failure to pay rent since October of 2009. His roommate had not seen him since Jan. 8.
His whereabouts are unknown and he has allegedly failed to update the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension about his new living arrangements.

On Monday, District Judge Joe Evans issued a warrant for his arrest.
