A convicted sex offender was found with pornographic images of allegedly underage children, according to Wadena County District Court files.
Leroy Allen Hamblin, 34, Menahga, was on supervised probation for a Hubbard County conviction for first-degree criminal sexual conduct from June 1995. He told a probation agent he was curious about how to access computer pornography, prompting a search of his home computer.
Investigators allegedly found pornographic videos of a girl purported to be 16 years old in the computer file's name.
Hamblin was charged Oct. 28 with attempt to possess child pornography, a felony. His first appearance in court was set for Nov. 15.
