Minnesotans who want health coverage beginning Jan. 1 have until Dec. 15 at 11:59 p.m. to enroll in commercial health plans through MNsure.
MNsure has shared “five things to know” to more quickly and efficiently complete the enrollment process.
- Don’t wait. Individuals using MNsure to find new coverage or to renew commercial health insurance must enroll on or before Monday.
- Get help from a MNsure navigator or broker to make the process easier.
- Call the MNsure Contact Center before Dec. 15 for help at 1-855-366-7873.
- You will pay the health insurance company directly once enrollment is complete.
- The Dec. 15 deadline does not apply to people who are eligible for or currently enrolled in Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare.
