Gloria LaFriniere of Naytahwaush has been reappointed director of the American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Program, State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind. The appointment by Gov. Tim Walz is effective June 16, 2020 through Jan. 2, 2023, according to a news release from the governor’s office.
The State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind gives advice and recommendations to the State Services for the Blind program about services and products offered through the Communication Center.
