An Ogema man made his first appearance Monday in Becker County District Court on four felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Donovan Duane Bellanger, 43, of 33519 County Road 143, Ogema, is accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 multiple times over the course of several months.
The alleged incidents began sometime during the summer of 2010, with the last incident occurring on March 3 of this year. All of the alleged incidents occurred in Becker County.
Bellanger has been taken into custody pending his next court appearance, at a March 28 Rule 8 hearing. His bail has been set at $25,000 with conditions, or $100,000 without conditions.
