One injured in rollover crash near Frazee

A Glyndon man was injured in a rollover crash on Highway 10 west of Frazee early Thursday morning, May 21.

Kyle Lloyd Thompson, 20, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Essentia St. Mary’s Hospital in Detroit Lakes, according to the State Patrol.

He was westbound on Highway 10 in a 2002 Chevy S10 pickup truck when it ran off the road, went into the median, and rolled. Thompson was wearing a seatbelt, airbags did not deploy, and no alcohol was involved, according to the State Patrol.

The crash was reported at 3:23 a.m. on dry pavement in Burlington Township. The Becker County Sheriff's Office, Frazee Police Department, Frazee Fire and Rescue, and St. Mary’s EMS assisted at the scene.

In an email to the Tribune, Thompson said he was treated and released.
