PELICAN RAPIDS -- A Pelican Rapids man was arrested Friday after stealing a vehicle from a party.
Layne Arrow, 25, was being held at the Otter Tail County Detention Facility.
According to a news release from the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office, a 23-year-old Pelican Rapids resident contacted the sheriff's office Friday afternoon and reported he was at a party and saw Arrow take his Audi A-4 without permission.
The vehicle was found a short time later in Clay County with minor damage. Arrow was located at his residence after a passer-by gave him a ride home. He was arrested for motor vehicle theft.
