A Perham man was arrested in Becker County for being a fugitive from justice.
Arturo Amador Diaz, 37, was arrested Dec. 3 after a warrant was issued out of Clay County, North Dakota where he was wanted on felony conspiracy to commit robbery.
Extradition was waived.
