The Ponsford Boys and Girls Club has reportedly been wiped out of electronics and games that the kids play with after finishing their daily activities.

According to the Becker County Sheriff's Office, the Boys and Girls Club was broken into between the hours of 5 p.m. Wednesday and 7:30 a.m. Thursday.

Shane Bellanger, a team leader there, said the padlock to the game room was broken and a Play Station 3, DVD Player, Wii system, a 20-inch flat screen TV and a number of games and movies were stolen.

"They cleaned it out and we don't have nothing for the kids," Bellanger said. "I don't know if we're going to be able to get new stuff like that."

The burglary left employees disappointed. Not only did the thief or thieves take valuable electronics, they also took snacks out of the office area, Bellanger said.
