FARGO - Start your engines. Quaker Steak & Lube announced Wednesday that it will open its new Fargo restaurant to the public at 3 p.m. Dec. 12.

The motorsports-themed casual dining facility is located in the former Redford's Steak & Seafood at 1776 45th St. S., which closed its doors in April.

The restaurant, which seats 370, will employ close to 150 people.

Though it's the first Quaker Steak & Lube in North Dakota, there are more than 45 locations across the United States.

Lube restaurants are known for their wings and more than 20 sauce varieties.

Highlights of the Fargo Lube restaurant include a 1934 Ford Custom Street Rod, 1974 Black on Black Corvette Stingray hanging from the ceiling in the Vette Room, Tony Stewart's Home Depot No. 20 Race Shell and a 1986 Honda CR 250 Dirt Bike.

The restaurant plans to feature nightly events such as NFL Sunday Ticket, kids' night, all-you-can-eat wings, bingo, trivia night, karaoke, UFC night and more.

The restaurant will also market convenient online to-go orders, which can be placed at www.lubewingstofly.com .
